I'm the founder and master braid stylist at BXJ Braid Salon + Academy. I learned how to braid hair at 10 years old from my Nana and I have been braiding for my family/friends since then. I'm completely honored to be where I am today, because I finally have a space specifically for expressing my creativity through hair braiding and my passion for nurturing natural tresses. From dreams to reality, I opened my own beauty salon, where I can educate others and allow creatives, like myself, to come together in the name of beauty and braids. My goals are to provide, promote and practice healthy hair care through the art of braids.
