LATE ARRIVAL POLICY - If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your service time may be shortened to ensure timely service for other clients. - In extreme cases, late arrival may result in cancellation of the appointment and a $25 fee. NO-SHOW POLICY - Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $50 fee. - Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
